I know, I know…it’s wussy to drink white wine.  Paula brought home a bottle of Firelands Riesling from Cinci last week.  The weather was so hot and it tasted so good.   Not as sweet as most of the Rieslings – just crisp and refreshing.  I was surprised to learn that it’s bottled near here in Ohio.  Who’d have thought – just another reason to love this state.
